Network Management Dev Head

Desired Experience Range: 20 - 25 years

Location of Requirement: Delhi / Gurgaon

Must-Have:

• Lead thearchitecture, development and deployment of scalable network managementsolutions, ensuring high availability performance, and security across globalinfrastructure
• Experienced programmerin C/C++, multithread, TCP/IP, UDP, SCTP, GTP, IPC, SIP, RTP handling, Diameterand Socket programming
• Experiencein hands on programming in C/C++, multithread, Network Management and Analyticslayer.
• Goodunderstanding of 3GPP based call flows, 4G Core/ IMS components, 3GPP protocolstack
• Experiencein hands on programming in C/C++, multithread, Network Management and Analyticslayer
• Developmentand testing of 3GPP LTE EPC Core / 5G NSA Core layers, protocols and accesspoint
• Oversee end- to -end design and development of network management platforms, ensuringalignment with business objectives, scalability, and integration with existingIT ecosystems
• Lead a teamof developers and engineers to implement advanced automation, monitoring, andanalytics solutions that enhance network performance, fault detection andoperational efficiency.
• Collaboratewith cross functional stakeholders (IT operations, security and product teams)to define network management strategies. Prioritize feature development andensure timely delivery of high- quality solutions
