Job Description

Bridgesoft is seeking a skilled Network Administrator with strong hands-on experience in managing on-premise network infrastructure and working knowledge of cloud networking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable network operations while supporting hybrid and cloud-based environments.

This role requires deep technical expertise in networking fundamentals, security, and troubleshooting, along with the ability to collaborate across infrastructure and cloud teams


Required Skills

  • Design, implement, manage, and monitor LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN networks
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
  • Ensure network security using firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and access control mechanisms
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and security issues
  • Manage and support cloud networking components including VPC/VNet, subnets, gateways, routing tables, and security groups
  • Collaborate with cloud, system, and DevOps teams for hybrid and cloud-based deployments
  • Perform network upgrades, patching, and configuration changes with minimal downtime
  • Maintain accurate network documentation, topology diagrams, and SOPs
  • Support disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity planning
  • Provide L2/L3 support and respond to incidents, alerts, and service requests


Secondary Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a Network Administrator or Network Engineer
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, NAT, routing, and switching
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, or similar networking equipment
  • Solid understanding of network security best practices and firewall configurations
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Understanding of cloud networking concepts (VPC/VNet, peering, VPNs, routing tables)
  • Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, PRTG, or similar
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux server networking
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
