Job Title: Netsuite OpenAir Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Netsuite OpenAir Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OpenAir implementations and support, and will play a key role in managing projects and optimizing business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or participate in Netsuite OpenAir implementations (12 end-to-end implementations preferred).
• Configure and customize OpenAir modules based on business requirements.
• Integrate OpenAir with other business systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) as needed.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and optimize workflows.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and dashboards.
• Train end-users and provide knowledge transfer as required.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in Netsuite OpenAir, with 12 full implementation cycles.
• Strong understanding of project management, resource management, and time & expense tracking within OpenAir.
• Experience with OpenAir integrations (API, CSV imports, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
