.NET FullStack Lead Developer

Job Title: Lead .NET FullStack Developer / Senior Engineer

Experience: 8 - 10 Years

We are looking for a .NET Full Stack Lead Developer with strong expertise in Angular to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will be hands-on while also providing technical leadership , mentoring teams, driving architectural decisions, and ensuring best engineering practices across the stack.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of enterprise-grade web applications using .NET Core / .NET 6+ and Angular
• Own solution architecture , design patterns, and technical standards
• Conduct code reviews and enforce clean code, security, and performance best practices
• Mentor and guide junior and senior developers across backend and frontend
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, DevOps, and QA teams
• Design and develop RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core
• Implement business logic, authentication, authorization, and data access layers
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Work with Entity Framework / Dapper
• Ensure secure coding practices (OWASP, JWT, OAuth, Role-based access)
• Lead frontend architecture using Angular (latest versions preferred)
• Build reusable components, directives, services, and state management
• Ensure responsive UI using HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Bootstrap / Material
• Integrate frontend with backend APIs
• Improve UX performance and maintainability
• Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines
• Support deployments on Azure / AWS
• Write unit tests and support automation (xUnit, NUnit, Jasmine, Karma)
• Ensure production stability and root-cause analysis

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in .NET Full Stack Development with strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Angular (v10+ preferred), TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Strong experience with SQL Server (queries, performance tuning)
• Experience with REST APIs , Microservices (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns
• Experience with Microservices Architecture
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes
• Exposure to NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB)
• Experience in Agile / Scrum environments
• Experience working with distributed or offshore teams
