Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead with 4 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Mulesoft and a strong understanding of data quality and data governance. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site as needed with no travel required. The position operates during day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Mulesoft solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the integration of various systems using Mulesoft to ensure seamless data flow.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Mulesoft projects.
- Ensure the quality and performance of Mulesoft applications through rigorous testing and validation.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Mulesoft integrations and processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Mulesoft applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement best practices for data quality and data governance within Mulesoft projects.
- Work closely with data governance teams to ensure compliance with data standards and policies.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest Mulesoft features and industry trends to continuously improve solutions.
- Provide training and support to team members on Mulesoft technologies and methodologies.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality Mulesoft solutions that enhance business operations.
