Responsibilities
:- Single point of contact for candidates in process
- Partner with Senior Recruiter on ideal candidate profiles
- Complete candidate phone screens and notes for HM review
- Coordinate interviews
- Support offer process
- Build and maintain an understanding of business function priorities, structure and roles, critical skills, and optimal candidate profiles.
- Support 1-2 strategic talent acquisition initiatives
