Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure and MS SQL Server. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The position is a day shift role ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions using Azure to ensure optimal performance and scalability.Oversee the management and maintenance of MS SQL Server databases to guarantee data integrity and availability.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Azure and MS SQL Server-related issues to minimize downtime.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy infrastructure strategies that align with business objectives.Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and patches to maintain security and efficiency.Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.Implement disaster recovery and backup solutions to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity.Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.Participate in the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools to enhance infrastructure capabilities.Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in infrastructure management to maintain a high level of service quality.Collaborate with vendors and service providers to manage and resolve infrastructure-related issues.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Azure and MS SQL Server to continuously improve infrastructure solutions.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience in designing and implementing solutions using Azure.Must possess strong expertise in managing and maintaining MS SQL Server databases.Should have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Should be proficient in system performance monitoring and optimization.Must have experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation.Should be knowledgeable in disaster recovery and backup solutions.Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.Should be able to mentor and train junior team members.Must be familiar with industry standards and best practices in infrastructure management.Should have experience in evaluating and selecting new technologies.Must be committed to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
