Role Description

We are hiring a Junior Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can think beyond software and understand storytelling, branding, and business impact.

This role is not limited to editing videos or animating graphics. You will work on large-scale industry events, sponsorship campaigns, digital promotions, and brand films. You will see how creative assets directly influence marketing outcomes, sponsor value, and audience engagement.

What You'll do

• Edit event promos, after-movies, speaker bytes, and campaign videos
• Design motion graphics for: Event promos and teaser videos, Social media campaigns, LED screen content for conferences and exhibitions, Sponsor showcase videos, Brand films and digital ads
• Collaborate with copywriters and marketing team to bring campaign ideas to life
• Adapt designs across multiple formats and screen sizes
• Support on-ground visual execution during events

Who Were Looking For

• 0 to 2 years of experience in motion graphics or video editing
• Strong command over Premiere Pro
• Working knowledge of After Effects
• Basic understanding of typography, design principles, and storytelling
• Ability to work in fast-paced event environments
• Detail oriented and deadline driven
