About the Role

The Money Coach will be the driving force behind LXMEs learning and advisory ecosystem building trust, simplifying finance, and helping women make confident money decisions.

This role combines financial expertise, education strategy, and leadership to scale live sessions, partnerships, bootcamps, and community programs that directly feed into LXMEs growth and AUM.

Youll lead a team of certified Money Coaches and anchor the brands credibility through education-led transformation.

What Youll Build / Lead / Own

• Host and lead interactive sessions, webinars, and bootcamps on personal finance, investing, and wealth creation tailored for women.
• Engage communities and partners through financial literacy workshops, institutional tie-ups, and on-ground events.
• Guide users on goal-based investing and portfolio creation helping them make informed wealth management decisions.
• Drive community engagement & content , creating a continuous education loop via blogs, webinars, and reels.
• Creating financial plans, suggesting products basis client goals
• HNI Desk Driving AUM from HNI clients and wealth management services
• Train internal teams (Money Buddy, Distribution, etc.) on investment products and financial wellness.
• Mentor younger coaches or learners within LXMEs ecosystem to strengthen our education-first approach to wealth.

What Success Looks Like

• Scale of bootcamps & participation (attendance, engagement, partner count).
• Portfolio retention and AUM growth from education-led funnels.
• Measurable uplift in community engagement & content reach.
• Internal training success (team certification, confidence uplift scores).
• NPS from Money Coach and HNI experiences.
• Recognition as a trusted wealth coach and voice of credibility in womens finance.

Who You Are

• A finance professional with deep understanding of personal finance, investments, and wealth management.
• A natural educator and communicator confident on stage, camera, or webinars.
• Passionate about building financial literacy for women and enabling their independence.
• Empathetic, articulate, and able to make finance relatable, actionable, and inspiring.
• Comfortable in a high-growth, mission-driven startup environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years in BFSI / fintech / wealth management / financial education.
• NISM Series V-A, CFP, CFA Level 1+ preferred.
• Proven experience in financial advisory, investor awareness, or education programs.
• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Experience in designing or hosting learning sessions (online/offline).
