We are hiring a Mobility Support Engineer (3+ years experience) for a leading MNC to support enterprise mobility across retail and corporate environments.

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore

If you have strong hands-on experience with Workspace ONE UEM and Zebra devices, this is a great opportunity to work on large-scale mobility deployments and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2/3 mobility support for incidents, service requests, and problem management

Administer and troubleshoot Workspace ONE UEM (enrollment, profiles, compliance, apps, OS updates, certificates)

Support large-scale device deployments and rollouts across retail stores, distribution centers, and corporate locations

Assist with automation of deployment and operational tasks

Design and build mobility solutions including policy configuration and deployment approaches

Troubleshoot and support enterprise mobility device fleets

Devices Supported

Zebra handheld devices (TC-series), tablets, mobile printers, scanners, wearables

Samsung phones and tablets (carrier-enabled for field operations)

Limited Apple iOS / iPadOS devices for executive users

Must Have Skills

3+ years of experience in enterprise mobility support

Strong experience with Workspace ONE UEM administration & troubleshooting

Hands-on experience supporting Zebra devices (TC series) and peripherals

Knowledge of Android Enterprise mobility concepts (profiles, compliance, app deployment)

Experience supporting large-scale mobility rollouts and deployments

Strong troubleshooting and operational execution skills

Nice to Have

Samsung Knox experience

Experience supporting Samsung carrier-enabled phones/tablets

Familiarity with Ping / DaVinci authentication integrations

Basic experience supporting Apple iOS / iPadOS devices
