About the Job

We are looking for a Data Scientist with 4+ years of experience who can analyze data, build ML models, provide actionable insights, and leverage Generative AI for business and product innovation.

Responsibilities

• Solve business-critical problems using a mix of classical ML, deep learning, and generative AI.
• Deliver high-quality, production-ready ML systems and infrastructure, from experimentation through deployment and monitoring.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities.
• Develop ML models for prediction, recommendation, classification, or optimization.
• Build Generative AI solutions (text, code, or content generation) using models like GPT and tools like LangChain.
• Collaborate with product, science, and engineering teams to execute on the technical vision and roadmap for Applied AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate models, pipelines, or AI agents into production.
• Perform feature engineering, data cleaning, and exploratory data analysis.
• Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy, efficiency, and relevance.
• Adopt best practices in ML development lifecycle (e.g., data versioning, model training, evaluation, monitoring, responsible AI).
• Document analyses, models, pipelines, and recommendations clearly. Research and suggest emerging ML and GenAI technologies for adoption.

Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years in data science, AI/ML, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience in modern deep learning architectures and probabilistic models.
• Experience in Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agents.
• Familiarity with LangChain or similar frameworks for AI orchestration and automation.
• Knowledge of data manipulation and analysis tools (Pandas, NumPy, SQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Understanding of AI/ML algorithms and ability to recommend suitable modeling approaches for business problems.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field with research or applied focus on large-scale ML systems.
• Effective communication skills to explain insights and AI recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to explore emerging AI technologies.
• Prior experience working with generative AI (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models) and integrating such technologies into end-user products.
