MIS Executive (Admin)

We are now seeking an experienced Expense Analyst to join our dynamic team at our Jaipur office in Mansarovar.

Role Summary:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and coordinating closely with the Purchase and HR teams for daily dispatch activities. This role primarily focuses on managing dispatches of ID cards and joining kits, vendor coordination, and effective inventory management.

• Maintain and update MIS records related to dispatches, inventory, and vendor information.
• Handle daily dispatches of ID cards, joining kits, and related materials.
• Coordinate with the HR team to receive new joiner requirements and ensure timely dispatch.
• Support the Purchase team with procurement coordination and follow-ups.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely action and reminders at MOQ levels .
• Coordinate and liaise with vendors for printing, supplies, and dispatch-related services.
• Track dispatch status and ensure timely delivery across all locations.
• Maintain proper documentation, MIS reports, and dispatch records.

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
• Experience: 12 years of relevant experience in MIS, dispatch, coordination, or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets .
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
