Mid-Level Bench Sales Recruiter (US Staffing)

We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with strong exposure to the US IT staffing market . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketing bench consultants, working with Tier-1 vendors, and closing positions on C2C/W2 basis.

• Market bench consultants (IT professionals) to Tier-1 vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners
• Submit profiles for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
• Negotiate rates and close positions efficiently
• Coordinate with recruiters, candidates, and account managers
• Track submissions, interviews, and placements
• Ensure compliance with US staffing policies and procedures

• Strong experience in US Bench Sales / IT Staffing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of US visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC)
• Familiarity with job portals and marketing tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced US staffing environment

• Existing vendor/client network is a plus
