Role 1: Lead Middleware Engineer

Role Summary

We are seeking a Lead Middleware Engineer with strong expertise in middleware platforms, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD . The ideal candidate will lead middleware design, automation, and modernization initiatives while mentoring teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and management of middleware platforms .
• Administer and optimize WebLogic and WebSphere environments.
• Implement DevOps practices , CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform/Ansible.
• Automate job execution and scheduling processes.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of middleware systems.
• Collaborate with application, cloud, and security teams.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to engineers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Middleware Engineering .
• Strong hands-on experience with WebLogic and WebSphere .
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines .
• Expertise in IaC and automation .
• Strong Linux/Unix administration skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and leadership abilities.

Role 2: Lead Middleware Operations

Role Summary

We are looking for a Lead Middleware Operations professional with strong experience in production support, incident management, RCA, and job execution for complex middleware environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead L2/L3 middleware operations and production support.
• Handle incident management, problem management, and RCA .
• Manage and monitor job execution and batch processes .
• Ensure SLA adherence and operational excellence.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams during major incidents.
• Maintain operational documentation and SOPs.
• Support release, deployment, and environment management activities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Middleware Operations / Support .
• Strong expertise in WebLogic and WebSphere administration .
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management .
• Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD in operations environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience working in 24x7 support environments (if applicable).
