Experience Required: 27 Years (with experience in Technical Recruitment for the Middle East region)

# 1Team Lead with 5-7 years of experience (who can handle team for 4-5 recruiters)

#Tech Rec 02 positions with 3-5 years of experience especially for SAP & other IT technologies

#Tech Rec 02 positions with 1-3 years of experience especially for SAP & other IT technologies

About the Role:

We are looking for highly skilled Technical Recruiters with strong experience in Middle East staffing, especially for SAP, Oracle IT Engineering, and Technology roles. The ideal candidate must possess excellent technical understanding, strong sourcing strategies, and a proven ability to close niche positions for Gulf countries (UAE, Dubai ,KSA, Qatar, Oman etc ).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Middle East clients (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, Dubai, etc.)
• Source and close technical positions across SAP, Oracle , IT & Engineering domains
• Utilize platforms like Naukri Gulf, LinkedIn, Monster Gulf, Indeed, and internal databases for sourcing
• Work on roles such as SAP, Oracle, Cloud Engineers/AWS, DevOps, ERP, Data Engineers, Cybersecurity, Telecom, etc.
• Should have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of technical requirements
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
