Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and support Dynamics 365 CRM & ERP solutions
- Build plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and custom APIs
- Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and middleware
- Work on Finance & Operations customizations (X++, extensions, reports)
- Handle data migration using Data Management Framework (DMF)
- Create technical design documents and support UAT / Go-Live
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders
- Provide production support and resolve technical issues
