The Role
We're looking for a Microsoft Azure Engineer with a sharp focus on AI, Copilot, and the Power Platform. This isn't a standard cloud ops role we need someone who can bridge enterprise Microsoft ecosystems with modern AI capabilities, and think creatively about how to unlock value for our clients.
You'll work across multiple client engagements, designing and building AI-powered solutions leveraging Azure AI services, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Power Automate. You'll be hands-on with architecture, implementation, and optimisation and you'll need to bring fresh thinking to every problem.
What You'll Do
Design and implement AI solutions on Microsoft Azure (Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Studio, Cognitive Services, Azure ML)
Build and extend Microsoft 365 Copilot custom plugins, agents, and enterprise integrations
Develop intelligent automations using Power Automate, Power Apps, and AI Builder
Design and optimise data pipelines, model deployment infrastructure, and AI application backends on Azure
Apply prompt engineering best practices across Copilot and LLM-powered solutions
Collaborate with solution architects and delivery leads to translate client requirements into scalable architectures
Advise clients on Azure best practices for AI workloads cost, performance, security, and governance
What You Bring
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure certified preferred)
Practical experience with Azure AI services Azure OpenAI, AI Studio, Cognitive Services
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility and customisation
Proven experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and the broader Power Platform
Strong understanding of prompt engineering, LLM APIs, and GenAI application patterns
Excellent problem-solving skills you think differently and find elegant solutions to complex challenges
Strong written and verbal English you'll be working directly with clients and cross-functional teams
Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced consulting environment
A builder's mindset you don't just architect, you ship
Nice to Have
Microsoft certifications (Azure AI Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect, Power Platform)
Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Dataverse
Background in AI consulting or professional services
Experience integrating Copilot across enterprise Microsoft 365 environments
Familiarity with AI governance and responsible AI practices
