Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who is passionate about digital growth and data-driven strategies.

If you have hands-on experience running Meta & Google Ads for D2C brands and love optimizing campaigns for ROI and scale , this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns

Drive customer acquisition, traffic, and conversions across digital platforms

Manage ad budgets, analyze ROI, and present performance insights

Conduct A/B testing to identify high-performing creatives and strategies

Collaborate with creative and product teams to build impactful campaigns

Stay updated with trends in digital advertising and skincare marketing

Requirements

24 years of experience in Performance Marketing (D2C / eCommerce preferred)

Proven expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving abilities

Immediate joiners only (Mumbai-based candidates preferred)
