Meta & Google Ads Expert

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Meta & Google Ads Expert. He/She will be responsible for designing and optimizing advertisement campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads platforms to generate leads and increase conversions. Responsibilities include conducting keyword research, managing campaign budgets, analyzing performance metrics, creating engaging ad copies, managing bid strategies, and staying updated on the latest ad platform trends. Collaboration with the content and design teams to enhance campaign creativity and effectiveness is essential.

Qualifications

• 23 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
• Experience in keyword research, bid strategy management, and budget optimization
• Strong analytical skills for campaign performance tracking and data-driven decision making
• Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences & funnel-based campaign strategies
• Ability to create engaging ad copy, visual assets, and compelling calls to action
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with internal teams
• Knowledge of performance marketing, social media trends, and audience targeting strategies
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and A/B testing methodologies
• Prior experience running successful campaigns in social commerce or community-based platforms is a plus
• Currently based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad

What You'll Do

• Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to maximise ROAS
• Analyse campaign data and deliver actionable insights through weekly reports
• Manage and scale ad budgets effectively while keeping CPL/CPA in check
• Collaborate with the design & content team for high-performing ad creatives
