Job Description
  1. Should have hands-on work experience on Manufacturing Industry Domain like Discrete OR Process Manufacturing.
  2. Experience on any one or more domains in Automotive, Life Sciences, Pharma, CPG/Retail, Chemical, Hi-Tech industry domain is a must 
  3. Should have led atleast ONE manufacturing complex transformational program.
  4. Functional knowledge of any ONE MES COTS product in detail.
  5. Hands-on technical skills on configuration of any ONE MES COTS Product
  6. Conversant with latest MES tools and technologies in manufacturing portfolio.
  7. Knowledge of various industry standards - ISA95, ISA88, MESA etc.
  8. Should have worked on projects related to IoT & I4.0/I5.0
  9. Work experience on Cloud related technologies & solutions.
  10. Should have knowledge on 5G, WiFi, AI and GenAI tools. Work experience on these technologies will be advantageous.
  11. Proven consulting capabilities and experience working the role.
  12. Exhibit strong customer front ending and multi-stakeholder management capabilities
  13. Experience of working in different project management methodologies and tools – Waterfall, Agile etc.
  14. Strong communication and soft skills.
  15. Should have experience in front ending CXO level customers
  16. Presentation and documentation skills
