As we scaleFitkin, Indias size-inclusive, performance-first activewear brand, were looking to onboard astrong, detail-oriented Merchandiserto join our in-house team.

This role is ideal for someone who loves building products from scratch, understands quality deeply, and wants to grow with a fast-moving D2C brand.

Location:Delhi NCR

Role:Full-time | On-site

End-to-end merchandising: sampling production delivery

Vendor coordination, costing & timelines

Fabric, trims & raw material planning

Quality, fit & construction checks

Production tracking & MIS

Cross-functional coordination with design & supply chain

25 years experience in apparel/activewear

Strong sourcing & vendor management skills

Deep understanding of fabrics, fits & finishes

Highly organised, ownership mindset

Comfortable in high-growth startup environments
