This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata for a Merchandiser at Deva International EXIM Pvt. Ltd. The Merchandiser will be responsible for coordinating with customers and suppliers, overseeing product development, ensuring quality compliance, and managing order fulfillment. Additional responsibilities include monitoring market trends, maintaining strong customer relationships, and collaborating with teams to meet sales and production goals. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Experience in Sales and Retail with the ability to drive sales and understand the merchandising process.
• Proficiency in Marketing to identify market trends and develop strategies to meet customer demands.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage deadlines effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in merchandising or a related domain will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of ERP systems is beneficial.
