Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEP BIM Modeller based in Chennai/Madurai. The role involves creating and managing detailed Building Information Models (BIM) specific to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Daily tasks include developing and modifying construction drawings, collaborating with architects and engineers, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of project designs. You will contribute to the design, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools with a focus on MEP systems
• Knowledge of Metro rail MEP Designs
• Experience in creating and interpreting detailed Construction Drawings
• Ability to work as an effective Modeler in team-based environments
• Strong technical understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities in project designs
• Experience with industry-standard design software and tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar platforms
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
