Role - Mendix Technical Lead

Experience range: 8-12 years

Location: Offshore/Chennai / PAN India

Required Technical Skill Set:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Mendix applications, web services, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Serve as the technical lead for Mendix projects, providing guidance and expertise to the development team.
• Actively participate in hands-on development tasks, leveraging your expertise in Mendix associated technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering their growth and development in Mendix development best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and enforce coding standards to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Identify technical risks and challenges, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest Mendix developments, trends, and best practices, and champion their adoption within the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and quality assurance engineers, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Requirements/Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience in Mendix application development, with experience of delivering successful projects.
• Experience in leading Mendix development teams and guiding technical direction.
• Must be conversant to write Solution Design and Detailed design documents from scratch for complex business requirements individually.
• Should possess knowledge of performing detailed effort estimation of a new project.
• Good verbal and written Communication skills.
