Role Description

We are looking for smart and enthusiastic graduates to join us as Support Interns dedicated to our U.S.-based pharmaceutical and medical device clients. This role is ideal for someone with a background in Pharma, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences, and a keen interest in applying their knowledge in a corporate, tech-driven environment. You will be part of a team that sets up and manages pharma-specific learning experienceslike role-play simulationsensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction. This is a great opportunity to start your career with international exposure and hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS company.

Responsibilities:

Lead the setup and execution of POCs for clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives

specific to pharma and medical device clients.

Work closely with internal teams (product, project manager, sales and support) to ensure quality

setup which is fully tested and ready for delivery.

Participate in the execution of role-play scenarios designed to simulate real-world sales and

product training in pharma and healthcare.

Ready to troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges that arise during the POC phase.

Document the observation for product improvement, track the results from POC implementations

to showcase the business impact of AI solutions.

Learn and follow standard operating procedures for handling customer-facing activities.

Requirements:

Education:

B.Pharma, M.Pharma, B.Sc / M.Sc in Biotechnology or any life sciences discipline.

Skills & Tools:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Basic working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Ability to learn and effectively use software systems like SmartWinnr.

Personal Attributes:

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

A self-starter who is motivated and proactive.

Passion for the healthcare/pharma domain and a desire to work in a tech environment.
