Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Mainline Media Executive to plan, coordinate, and execute advertising campaigns across traditional media platforms such as print, television, radio, outdoor, and cinema. The role requires strong vendor coordination, media planning knowledge, and an understanding of traditional media metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute media campaigns across print, TV, radio, OOH, and cinema .
- Coordinate with media vendors for rates, availability, and placements.
- Prepare media plans, schedules, and release orders (ROs).
- Track and ensure timely execution of ad insertions, telecasts, and display activities.
- Monitor campaign performance using traditional media metrics (TRP, GRP, IRS, ABC, etc.).
- Maintain strong relationships with publishers, channels, FM stations, and outdoor agencies.
- Support client servicing and internal teams with campaign updates and reports.
- Manage billing, invoices, and documentation for media activities.
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of traditional media buying and planning.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good understanding of traditional media metrics (TRP, GRP, readership, circulation).
- Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in mainline media (print/TV/radio/OOH).
- Experience in an advertising/media agency preferred.
