The Impact Youll Drive

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, DV360, and native platforms
• Monitor performance metrics, extract insights, and drive continual improvement
• Lead media conversations with internal teams, aligning creative, strategy, and servicing functions
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, representing the agency in QBRs and business reviews
• Develop training modules and documentation to standardize media operations
• Drive award-worthy case studies & support pitch planning with strategic inputs
• Conduct account audits for prospects, identifying opportunities for growth
• Negotiate with vendors to ensure quality delivery within budgets

The Skills That Seal the Deal

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and media planning
• Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DV360, and native ad platforms
• Working knowledge of GenAI tools to streamline reporting and enhance planning efficiency
• Experience across verticals like E-commerce, BFSI, Real Estate, Mobile, and Travel
• Proficiency in analytics platforms like GA, Appsflyer, SimilarWeb, Adobe Analytics, and CleverTap
• Strategic mindset with a curiosity to learn and adapt in a fast-moving digital landscape
• Strong client communication and presentation skills
