Media Buyer (Google Ads)

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 48 (Near Tesla Showroom)

Work Mode: In-Office

Experience Required: 6 months 2 Years

We are hiring a Media Buyer to manage and scale our Google Ads campaigns for fast-growing D2C brands.

This role involves handling performance budgets, optimizing campaigns daily, and driving measurable revenue growth through structured execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, YouTube)
• Monitor daily performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions
• Conduct keyword research and search term analysis
• Improve campaign structure and manage negative keywords
• Work on product feed optimization (Merchant Center)
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining cost control

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, AOV, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of conversion tracking & analytics
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to work onsite and take ownership of performance
