Responsibility

Prepare design specification and tender information.
Prepare and design the total system or selected subsystem of a paint line as per specification.
To calculate all engineering / technical data of the design specification.
To calculate, analyze and determine engineering calculations required for the paint system.
Review technical specifications and drawings to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance.
Research and conduct prototype testing on new products and systems.
Prepare bill of materials and functional part list.
To purchase functional part / machinery part regarding design.
Participate in the commissioning of system and develop the documentation with sub-contractors.
Provide detailed reports on the design works i.e. tolerance analysis report.
Prepare system documentations.
Prepare engineering change requests.
Perform other function and/or assignment as required by the management.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): AutoCad, Autodesk Inventor
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
