Mechanical Design Manager

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Mechanical Design Manager. The Mechanical Design Manager will oversee the mechanical design process, ensuring innovative and high-quality designs for ultrasonic and automated systems. Responsibilities include managing the design team, leading design projects, developing technical documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver on project timelines. The candidate will also be involved in optimizing machine designs and supervising project execution for precision-driven, turnkey solutions.

• Proficiency in Design Management and Machine Design techniques
• Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering principles and practices
• Proven experience in Team Management and leadership
• Competence in Project Management processes and methodologies
• Attention to detail and a focus on precision and quality
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Experience in industrial machinery or systems design is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines in a collaborative environment
