MDM Senior Support Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled MDM Senior Support Engineer to join our data engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in MDM / PIM platforms , ETL tools , API integrations , and data engineering workflows , with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage MDM / PIM solutions (Syndigo preferred).
• Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines using IDMC / PowerCenter / IDQ / ADF.
• Develop and optimize REST APIs and SOA-based integrations .
• Work on DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and test automation .
• Write and optimize advanced SQL queries and stored procedures .
• Tune and optimize performance on Snowflake and large-scale databases .
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide rapid resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.

Technical Skills Required

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as Data Engineer / Software Engineer
• Strong experience in Syndigo MDM / PIM platforms
• Hands-on with ETL tools: IDMC / PowerCenter / IDQ / ADF
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs & SOA architecture
• Excellent hands-on in JSON & Core Java programming
• Advanced SQL coding, query optimization & tuning
• Experience with Snowflake or large enterprise databases
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and test automation

• Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
