We are hiring an experienced MDM & Data Quality Lead to strengthen enterprise master data governance across critical supply chain and Order Management domains.

If you have strong experience in Master Data Management, Data Quality frameworks, and retail or supply chain systems, this role offers the opportunity to drive trusted, high-impact data foundations that power order orchestration, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence.

Experience with Simplain is a plus, but not mandatory.

What Youll Be Responsible For

Master Data Governance

• Define and implement data standards across Product, Vendor, Location, Pricing, and Assortment domains
• Establish data ownership models, approval workflows, and stewardship processes
• Maintain hierarchies including category, department, class, store clusters, and fulfillment nodes

Golden Record & Data Modeling

• Design canonical data models and survivorship rules
• Implement match/merge logic and duplicate resolution
• Manage reference data including UOM, lead times, lifecycle codes, and replenishment parameters

Data Quality & QA

• Develop and automate data quality rules for completeness, validity, consistency, and timeliness
• Build DQ scorecards and monitoring dashboards
• Perform data profiling and lead remediation efforts
• Support SIT and UAT validation cycles across OMS and supply chain systems

OMS & Supply Chain Alignment

• Ensure master data integrity supports:
• Inventory availability
• ATP (Available to Promise)
• Sourcing and reservations
• Replenishment and fulfillment rules
• Partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to resolve data gaps

What Were Looking For

Experience

• 58 years in:
• Master Data Management
• Data Governance
• Data Quality / Data QA
• Strong domain expertise in Retail, Supply Chain, or OMS environments

Technical Skills

• Strong SQL skills for data profiling and validation
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools (Azure Data Factory, Databricks, SSIS, or similar)
• Exposure to MDM platforms (Simplain preferred)
• Familiarity with API-based integrations (REST/JSON)

Domain Knowledge

• Product, Vendor, and Location master data
• UOM structures and pack configurations
• Lead times, replenishment logic, and inventory dependencies
• OMS concepts such as ATP, sourcing, and order orchestration
