Job Description: Mathematics Faculty (IIT-JEE & Foundation)

Experience:

• 3+ years of teaching experience preferred
• 1 year minimum for IIT/NIT graduates
• Salary: 50K/Month

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Mathematics Faculty to teach students of IIT/JEE (11th & 12th) and Foundation (6th to 10th). The candidate must have strong conceptual understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate students toward top academic performance.

Key Responsibilities

For IIT/JEE (11th & 12th):

• Deliver in-depth and concept-driven teaching for JEE Main & JEE Advanced-level Mathematics.
• Prepare lesson plans, DPPs, assignments, and competitive exam-oriented study material.
• Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide personalized guidance.
• Analyze student performance through tests and offer improvement strategies.
• Train students in speed, accuracy, and problem-solving techniques.

For Foundation (6th to 10th):

• Teach Maths concepts in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.
• Strengthen students basics and prepare them for future competitive exams.
• Create worksheets, practice modules, and activity-based learning resources.
• Encourage logical thinking and mathematical curiosity.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• Graduates from IIT/NIT will be given preference.
• Strong conceptual command and clarity in Mathematics.
