About the Role

Infinity Scholars Hub is looking for a passionate and experienced Mathematics Faculty (Foundation) to mentor students from Class 810, building strong conceptual understanding and analytical thinking required for Board exams and future competitive preparation. The role requires structured teaching, clarity of concepts, and the ability to make Mathematics engaging and application-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver concept-driven classroom lectures aligned with Foundation Mathematics curriculum (Class 810)
• Build strong fundamentals to prepare students for Boards and early competitive exposure
• Develop structured notes, assignments, practice sheets, and test papers
• Conduct doubt-solving sessions and revision workshops
• Track student performance and provide focused feedback to students and parents
• Contribute to curriculum planning and academic strategy

Qualifications and Experience

• Masters degree or higher (M.Sc. Mathematics / B.Tech / Engineering / related field)
• Minimum 24 years of experience teaching Mathematics to Class 810 or Foundation batches
• Strong command over school curriculum and foundational competitive concepts
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Foundation / Olympiad / JEE pre-foundation programs
• Ability to simplify abstract mathematical concepts using structured explanations
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving orientation
• Passion for mentoring and motivating young learners

Compensation and Joining

• Salary Range: 45,000 60,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
• Expected Joining Date: As per academic requirement
