The Role:

Matchmaking and Counseling. Yes. That's what you will do.

We receive enquiries from numerous eligible singles and their parents every day. From all over the country.

We would assign you the enquiries that are from your city and appropriate for you to connect with.

You will interact with them. Listen, explain, counsel. Onboard them.

Then find for them compatible matches.

You manage the entire journey - connect them to each other, setup meetings, get their feedback, and counsel.

We expect you to add your own spark to the entire journey.

What You Bring:

>Youve got a college degree.

>You have exceptional communication skills - English and a local language.

> You must be empathetic and sensitive. Your clients must feel comfortable interacting with you. They should like and trust you.

> You must like people.

> You must be interested in relationships

> You must identify with our goal - to help eligible single find a match they can happily settle down with.

Working arrangement:

Completely remote. Flexi hours, largely need-based.

Experience:

Not mandatory; itll be wonderful if you have done assignments where you counseled and interacted with people.

Age:

Doesnt matter, as long as youre excited to learn and enjoy being part of a team.

Compensation:

Very small fixed fee and an exciting variable income. You can expect to make between Rs.2 to 3L a month about six months into the assignment.
