Marketplace & Performance Advertising Manager

We are a fast-growing mobile cases and mobile accessories brand , operating across major Indian marketplaces. With a strong focus on scale, performance, and profitability, we are building a data-driven advertising function to accelerate our next phase of growth.

We are hiring a Senior Ads Manager who will own and scale marketplace advertising while supporting brand growth through Meta and Google Ads. This role requires hands-on execution, strategic thinking, and strong analytical ability .

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Advertising

• Lead and optimize ads on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Meesho
• Develop platform-specific advertising strategies to maximize sales and visibility
• Drive strong ROAS and controlled ACoS through continuous optimization
• Perform advanced keyword research, bid optimization, and budget planning
• Scale campaigns during festive, deal, and promotional periods
• Coordinate with catalog, pricing, and inventory teams to ensure readiness

Reporting & Strategy

• Track daily performance across all ad platforms
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend scaling strategies
• Stay updated with platform policies, tools, and market trends

Required Skills & Experience

• 47 years of hands-on experience in marketplace advertising and performance marketing
• Strong expertise in Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Myntra Ads
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Experience managing large ad budgets and scaling campaigns
• Advanced analytical skills with Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

• Work Mode: Work from Office
• Timings: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Salary: 40,000 50,000 per month (Negotiable for the right candidate)
