Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Trainee to support our marketing

initiatives across digital channels. This role provides hands-on exposure to digital marketing,

content creation, social media management, email marketing, and creative campaigns.The

candidate will work closely with the team to build brand presence, audience engagement,

and website visibility, while learning real-world marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent social media presence across platforms (planning,
• posting, and basic engagement)
• Assist in planning and coordinating podcasts (content ideas, scheduling,
• basic promotion)
• Create and manage email communications, including newsletters and product
• updates
• Support the execution of creative marketing campaigns to improve brand
• visibility
• Write and manage blogs and website content to help improve SEO and
• website trac
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new marketing ideas and content
• formats
• Track basic performance metrics and help with simple reports when required

Requirements

• Basic understanding or strong interest in marketing and content creation
• Good written communication skills (blogs, emails, social posts)
• Creative mindset with willingness to experiment and learn
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines
• Freshers or candidates with internships/projects in marketing are welcome
