Job Profile

Parul Pharmaceuticals is hiring Marketing Representatives for the marketing and sales of Parul Pharmaceuticals products. The selected candidate will be responsible for visiting doctors, presenting pharmaceutical products, and driving prescriptions through effective product pitching.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit doctors and consultants at Parul Sevashram Hospital on a regular basis
• Pitch and promote Parul Pharmaceuticals brands to encourage prescriptions for patients
• Explain product features, benefits, and usage clearly to medical professionals
• Coordinate with the pharmacy/chemist for availability and stock status of promoted products
• Track prescriptions and contribute to sales growth of Parul Pharmaceuticals
• Conduct basic market and prescription surveys within the hospital
• Maintain daily call reports and sales-related documentation

Incentives & Allowances

• Sales-based incentives will be provided as per performance
• TA (Travel Allowance) will be provided as per company policy

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc / B.Pharm preferred)
• Experience in pharma field sales / medical representative role is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in pharma field sales
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
