Role Description - Marketing Operations Assistant

Monthly Compensation: 25,000 + Travel Reimbursement + Performance Based Incentives

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM | Weekend availability required on Game Days

We are looking for a Sharp, Marketing minded, and Dependable Individual to Work directly alongside the Founder and help Run and Grow Laser Titans.

You will think like a Marketer and Operate like a Business Owner. One day you are Building our Presence on Instagram and LinkedIn. The next you are on the Ground Setting up Equipment, Managing staff, and Representing the Brand face to face with Corporate Clients. What You Will Do

Marketing and Brand

• Develop consistent content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, etc
• Create content using Canva, write compelling captions, and maintain a regular posting schedule
• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries across platforms
• Identify opportunities to grow brand awareness and audience engagement organically
• Help prepare client proposals, presentations, and basic marketing materials

Operations and Game Day

• Set up laser tag equipment at event venues
• Supervise players and ensure a good game day experience
• Manage on-ground staff during events
• Handle company paperwork, record keeping, and data organization
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external resources
• Support planning company projects and deliverables

Executive Assistance

• Manage the Founder's schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
• Act as point of contact in the Founder's absence

What We Are Looking For

• A marketing mindset. You're able to think about audience, positioning, and communication naturally.
• Fluent spoken and written English. Non-negotiable as you will represent the company with corporate clients
• Hands on experience or strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube/Reels content creation
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Premier, Davinci Resolve, Photoshop or similar tools for basic content and marketing material
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Physically active and comfortable with hands on event work including equipment setup and on-ground supervision
• Prior experience in marketing, operations, coordination, or executive assistance is a plus but not required
• A long term mindset
• Positive, self-starter energy
• Residing at a commutable distance from our office in Shastri Nagar, Ghaziabad. This is a mandatory requirement as the role is fully on-site.
