Job Location: Chennai (Work from Office)

Job Description:

• Plan monthly/weekly marketing activities for online & offline channels.
• Coordinate with social media, performance (Meta/Google) & creative agencies to oversee social media posts, emailers & WhatsApp campaigns
• Support product/collection launches, festive promotions & sale events
• Maintain Gehnas brand aesthetic across all channels
• Track performance numbers (traffic, sales, AOV, repeat rates) and plan growth/retention strategy with agency/teams.
• Explore new growth avenues partnerships, gifting, influencer/PR
• Work closely with operations, design & merchandising teams

Ideal Candidate:

• 34 years of experience in D2C or e-commerce marketing
• You are good at multi-tasking.
• You love collaborating & working as a team.
• You are a go-getter, always up for new challenges.
• Love for Jewelry.
• Comfortable working with agencies
• Curious, organised & enjoys taking ownership
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing numbers
