Marketing Manager

Job description

The ideal candidate will serve as the lead marketing executive. You will manage all marketing efforts, including planning, research, advertising, communications, and public relations, in line with our objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Brand Leadership
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, showcase design excellence, and differentiate the firm in competitive markets.
• Business Development & Client Acquisition
• Drive lead generation, partnerships, and new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and real estate sectors.
• Digital & Content Strategy
• Personal relation & Industry Presence
• Lead high-quality RFPs, presentations, capability statements, and pitch decks aligned with strategic growth targets.
• Team Leadership & Performance Analytics
• Build and manage the marketing team, oversee budgets, and track KPIs to ensure measurable ROI and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing
• Salary range - 40,000 - 60,000
• 5+ years in Marketing (Preferably in Residential & real estate)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent multitasking and project management skills
