AgeWell is looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing efforts across nutraceutical products, digital platforms, and experiential wellness initiatives. The role requires a strong balance of strategy, execution, and team coordination , with experience in fast-moving consumer categories.

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, retail, and offline channels.
• Lead campaign planning, content strategy, and product promotions.
• Coordinate with performance marketing, creative, and sales teams for aligned execution.
• Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and campaign timelines.
• Support product launches, influencer collaborations, and wellness events.
• Track campaign effectiveness and optimize based on performance insights.
  

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in FMCG, nutraceutical, or personal care brands .
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand communication, and go-to-market strategies.
• Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for wellness, preventive health, and lifestyle brands.
