Marketing & Growth Manager

We are seeking a hands-on marketing professional with a strong understanding of campaigns, performance metrics, and scalable growth systems.

This role works directly with the Founder in a high-ownership, build-phase environment where execution and accountability matter.

• Support planning and execution of digital, brand, and performance campaigns
• Coordinate with creative, media, and content teams to ensure timely delivery
• Track and optimise key performance metrics (CTR, CAC, ROAS, conversions, etc.)
• Build and maintain structured reporting dashboards
• Support business development through lead tracking and warm lead conversion

• 57 years of experience in marketing, growth, or related roles
• Strong understanding of funnels, positioning, and GTM strategy
• Hands-on experience with campaign optimisation
• Structured, proactive, and outcome-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment

This is a full-time, on-site role based out of Gurgaon. Preference will be given to candidates available to join within 30 days.
