Role & responsibilities

Execute on-ground marketing activities such as canopy drives, activations, and community campaigns.
Plan and manage field events, exhibitions, roadshows, and outreach programs.
Collaborate with local institutions, societies (RWAs), and community partners for branding and promotional initiatives.
Support the sales/admissions team by generating and qualifying leads through offline channels.
Ensure effective execution of ATL & BTL marketing activities in assigned territories.
Track campaign performance and share regular reports and insights with the team.

Requirements:

1 - 4 years of experience in field marketing, offline marketing, or field sales (any industry).
Strong hands-on experience in ATL & BTL activities; canopy execution experience is mandatory.
Confident, energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
Must own a bike and a smartphone for field coordination and reporting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
