Marketing Associate

Accumn, A Yubi Company is looking for a Senior Marketing Associate to join our product marketing team. Drive go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging to ensure product adoption and customer engagement. They collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to translate features into value-driven narratives that fuel growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, design & marketing teams to plan and develop content.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Proficient in writing promotional content and able to communicate ideas effectively.
• Ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous optimization of marketing efforts
• Ability to create engaging and compelling content.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Education - Bachelors degree in Marketing, communications or related field with previous experience working in SAAS/B2B/NBFC/banks/fintech clients.
• Experience with the following tools would be an added plus: WordPress, Email marketing software like Netcore/Hubspot etc, Google analytics, Search Console, Amplitude and the MS Suite.

Requirement

• 2-3 years of marketing experience with B2B/SaaS or fintech firms
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables
• Proven experience working under pressure to deliver high-quality output within an assigned timeline
• Strong collaborator and self-starter
