Responsibilities:

Executing client engagements in the area of Transaction services, buy side / sell side due diligence or Carve-outs assignments etc.
Deliver work of the highest quality within budget.
Framing management questions and writing diligence reports (including business overviews, historical sections, Quality of earnings adjustment section etc.)
Solid understanding of QoE, working capital, and KPI analysis
Independent handling of large assignments and maintain a strong user connects
Understand business & industry issues / trends. Identify areas requiring improvement in the client's business processes to enable preparation of recommendations

Skills:

Proficient in data analysis & validation
Proficient in excel and large volumes of data
Ensure compliance with engagement plans and internal quality & risk management procedures
Demonstrate an application & solution-based approach to problem solving technique
Manage engagement budgets and support Senior Managers in developing marketing collaterals, business proposals and new solution / methodology development
Develop strong working relationships with client
