Manager-Export & Import

Managing and planning import process, customs documentation, shipping, and receiving of foreign merchandise to ensure it arrives at correct time
Overseeing the issue of import licenses and completion of monetary transactions associated with the import in a timely manner
Controlling all documentation related to the export process, ensuring necessary documentation is provided to customers to enable them to receive the products without delay
Monitoring the preparation and dispatch of customer export orders, and planning/directing the flow of air and surface traffic to the final destination
Ensuring compliance with the home and foreign country government laws and customs regulations
Reporting follow up (KPIs, cost of goods analysis, material costs)
Participation in budget building for the function.
