ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build and manage power integrity analysis team supporting multiple chip programs

Own power signoff responsibility and ensure delivery of quality power analysis results

Establish power integrity methodology standards and best practices

Manage team resources, workload distribution, and capacity planning

Drive hiring and team development to build necessary technical capabilities

Conduct performance management including evaluations and career development

Coordinate with cross-functional management on power-related project requirements

Manage power analysis tool infrastructure, licensing, and vendor relationships

Implement quality metrics and drive continuous improvement in power analysis efficiency
