Role Overview

We are hiring a data-driven RPO Manager who can lead IT recruitment with a sharp focus on metrics, analytics, and hiring efficiency. This role goes beyond delivery you will analyze, optimize, and scale hiring performance across client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IT recruitment delivery for client accounts
• Lead and manage a team of recruiters (520 members)
• Drive hiring across niche + high-volume tech roles
• Track, analyze, and improve key hiring metrics:
• Time-to-hire
• Cost-per-hire
• Offer-to-join ratio
• Source effectiveness
• Build dashboards & reports for stakeholders
• Use data insights to optimize sourcing channels & conversion rates
• Act as a strategic partner to clients using hiring analytics & trends
• Manage stakeholder expectations with data-backed updates

Must-Have (Data Focus)

• Strong experience in recruitment analytics / reporting
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot, Dashboards)
• Experience with ATS reports (Taleo / Workday / SuccessFactors)
• Ability to translate data into hiring strategy
• Exposure to tools like Power BI / Tableau (big plus)
