Manager-Regional Operations & Customer Service

JOB DESCRIPTION:

CFA & Transport Management

• Manage CFA operation of the Region
• Ensure compliance on statutory requirement at CFAs
• Responsible for infrastructure upgradation of CFAs in line with business need
• Ensure compliance on distribution & quality SOPs
• Source transporters for secondary distribution
• Ensure proper and up-to-date vendor contracts
• Transporter & CFA bill processing
• Explore potential savings and service improvement opportunities post GST

Stock Management

• Ensure stock replenishment at CFA as per forecast by co-ordinating with Distribution Planning Manager
• Monitor FEFO & stock freshness at CFAs
• Ensure timely disposal of market return damages & expiries

Budgeting & Spend  Management

• Responsible for preparing Distribution Budget for the region and tracking budget vs spend
• Responsible for contract negotiation

Customer Service

• Single point regional co-ordinator for SC related queries
• Oversee POSM distribution and sharing of information to sales team
• Ensure adherence to SLAs ( Invoicing / Dispatch / Deliveries)
• Ensure correct and timely submission of MIS reports
• Support Sales Team in ensuring smooth month-end closures
